Short, supported reading: listen, read it together, try it alone, and tap any word for help. Sessions stay small on purpose.
Personalized reading practice for beginning and independent readers, ages 5–12
ReadBop turns what a child is fascinated by into reading made for their level. They ask about volcanoes, submarines or the fall of Rome — and get a short, well-written piece they can actually read.
Add ReadBop to the child’s Home Screen so it opens full-screen like an app.
Reading difficulty and intellectual depth are two separate dials. A young child can meet a genuinely interesting idea in simple language. A strong older reader can explore a sophisticated subject without being handed a novel.

They choose a subject they genuinely care about and get an interesting reading pitched at their level — as a clean article, or split into sections with diagrams that explain what they just read.
Children don't need their own general-purpose AI account. You own access, you manage the profiles, and you authorize each device from your own phone.
Parents see what was read, for how long, and how it felt. Children see a gentle reading streak and can choose an optional 3-question challenge — but there are no grades, leaderboards or competitive rankings anywhere.
ReadBop is meant to support reading and curiosity — not to replace real books.
ReadBop is free during beta while we test and improve it with families. A paid subscription is planned for the full service. We'll always tell you before anything changes — no automatic charges.
